Privacy
Reading this site stores nothing about you. Requesting the PDF stores six things: your email address, your calculator settings, the page you were on, the time, your browser type and the country of your connection. That record lives in a Cloudflare database, is used to send you the PDF link and, if you ticked the box, occasional price updates, and is deleted when you ask.
What is collected and why
- Email address. To send the PDF link and, only if you ticked the box, a price update when the quarterly refresh changes a number. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Calculator settings and page. The link in the email rebuilds your exact estimate; without the settings it would open the default scenario.
- Time, browser type and country. Country comes from Cloudflare's connection data, not from your location services. We use these to spot abuse and to know which pages people ask about.
- Bot check. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether a request is automated. Turnstile runs in your browser and may set a cookie of its own for that purpose.
What is not collected
No advertising cookies and no analytics scripts run on the site at the moment. The PDF is built inside your browser and is not stored on any server; nobody sees which scenario you downloaded unless you email it to yourself. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to any platform.
Who processes the data
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the records (D1 database) and runs the bot check.
- Resend delivers the emails; it processes your address and the message content for that purpose.
- Platforms and advertisers receive nothing from us. There are no partner links in the PDF or the email today; if one is added, the disclosure page will say so, and that platform's own privacy policy applies only after you click.
How long it is kept and how to delete it
Records are kept until you ask for deletion or unsubscribe; unsubscribing removes your address from updates and deletes the record within 30 days. Write to the address on the contact page from the email you used, and we delete everything tied to it. You can ask for a copy of what we hold the same way.
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

This page is dated September 11, 2026. If the way data is handled changes, the date changes with it and the text says what is new.
